BeColourful CATCH ME RETREAT Information

Both Penny & I are very excited to be able to bring this amazing experience to you! At one point in time, Jacqueline said that she would never teach the Catch Me If You Can pattern, but it has been requested over and over again, and…she changed her mind!! 

This is going to be a fantastic journey…come join us…

Below is some specific information about the retreat including dates, cost, what is included with the retreat, what needs to be completed prior to the retreat, registration, and kit pre-order information. 

Dates: 

5-Day Retreat

August 6-10, 2025 – Check-In Evening (7:00 pm) of August 5, 2025

Location: 

Fireside Inn & Suites, Portland, ME

Instruction/Sewing Time:

Five (5) Days of Instruction with Jacqueline (Sunday until 1:00)

Quilting Room will be OPEN 24 Hours

Meals:

Five (5) Grab ‘n Go Breakfasts Provided by the Hotel

Lunches & Dinners are On Your Own

Hotel:

Five (5) Nights Included (Tuesday – Saturday)

Cost:

$1,950.00 per person – single

$1,750.00 per person – double

$1,000.00 per person – commuter

Prerequisites/Requirements by Jacqueline to Attend Retreat:

Experienced/Advanced paper-piecers ONLY – preferably having successfully completed at least one BeColourful pattern

All paper piecing units need to be completed prior to retreat so assembly can be worked on during the retreat

The New/Updated Catch Me If You Can pattern is required. Jacqueline is in the process of updating the instructions with her latest techniques and the old pattern instructions will not work.

Kits are to be purchased from CPQ. Kits will be available in several colorways. You cannot choose your own colorway for this project.

Registration Information:

A $400.00 deposit is Required at the time of Registration. Your Registration is not secured/confirmed until deposit payment is received by CPQ.

Registration is on a first-come first-serve basis.

Due to the costs associated with bringing Jacqueline over from The Netherlands, signing up for this retreat is a non-refundable commitment.

Registrations can be made via PayPal using the cpqstudio@gmail.com email address and you must use the “For Friends and Family” payment method.  You can also send a check to Compass Point Quilts, 59 Sanborn Road, East Kingston, NH 03827.  Please remember that your registration is not secured/confirmed until your deposit payment is received.
